Keep the System Working After the Audit
Solar is not a fit-and-forget system. Panels get dirty, connections work loose with heat cycling, firmware falls behind, and batteries degrade quietly until the day the power goes out and the house does too.
A service plan keeps all of that in front of you instead of behind you.
Three Tiers
Year one, free. If we installed or remediated the system, the first year of monitoring is included during the warranty defect period. This is when faults show up, and it is when you most want somebody watching.
Monitoring — the base plan. We watch your system every week, evaluate every alarm it raises, and send you a monthly report. This is the plan we recommend to everyone, and it needs nothing more than a working internet connection at the property.
Monitoring plus annual maintenance. Everything above, plus the hands-on annual inspection carried out by a qualified technician.

It takes us very little time once monitoring is configured properly, and it is the thing our clients actually forward to their neighbours.
What Happens On Site
Every three months — a visual check of cleanliness and defects, debris cleared from under and around the array and the inverter, a shading inspection at different times of day, foliage pruned back, and modules cleaned to the manufacturer's instructions where soiling warrants it.
Annually — junction box connection tightness and seal integrity, all electrical connections checked for damage or water ingress, DC and AC breakers, RCDs and array isolators tested, and the mounting structure inspected. This visit is carried out by a qualified technician.
What Is Not Included
Repairs are quoted and billed separately, on actual time and materials. We do not bundle them into the plan, because a bundled repair allowance either overcharges the client whose system is fine or under-serves the one whose system is not.
Reactive call-outs between scheduled visits are charged at a call-out fee plus an hourly rate.
Pricing
Plans are priced on average time on site plus travel, and come down per year on a multi-year term. Ask for a figure for your system — it depends on size, access and whether there are batteries.
Why Bother
Because tariffs keep climbing, and a system generating 15% less than it should is quietly handing that money back to the municipality.
And because a battery that has never been checked is a battery you will find out about at the worst possible moment.
