Do I need an audit before I can sign up for a service plan?
Yes. The service plan assumes the system is already compliant. If it hasn't been audited yet, we'll start there — it's the same inspection either way, so nothing is wasted.
What's the difference between the annual and biannual plan?
The biannual plan repeats the full visit six months later, which is worth it for larger systems, battery-backed systems, or anyone who wants to catch problems sooner rather than at the one-year mark.
What happens if the visit finds a problem?
You'll get a clear, itemised remediation quote, the same as with an audit. The service plan covers the check-up, not unlimited free repairs.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Yes, plans run year to year with no long lock-in. Let us know before the next visit is due if you want to switch or cancel.
