Questions from agents and brokers

How fast can you actually turn an audit around?

We aim to complete the on-site inspection and thermal scan within 48 hours of a referral coming in, with the report and either a Certificate of Compliance or a remediation quote following within a few business days.

Do I lose the client relationship if I refer them to you?

No. We handle the technical side — the inspection, the paperwork, the SSEG registration — and stay out of your client relationship unless you'd like us involved.

What if the system fails the audit?

You'll get a plain-language summary of what's outstanding and a remediation quote, so you can advise your client on timing and cost before a transfer or claim proceeds.

Is there a cost to referring a client?

No. There's no cost to you for the referral. The audit itself is billed to the homeowner, from R3,500.

Who actually does the electrical work?

Our partner electrical contractor, C3 Maintenance Solutions, carries out the electrical work and issues the Certificate of Compliance where the system passes.
